BINI SEGUÍ is a large 175 m2 villa with a lot of charm and character (it has an old stone tower) that is part of the villas we have on the island of Menorca, located in the best area of the Binibeca Vell Urbanization, a few meters away from the sea and with privileged position and views. The house consists of two floors, each of which raised as an independent house, connected by an external staircase that surrounds the tower. Both plants have been completely renovated in January 2012, and have air conditioning with heat pump.
It is an ideal property for two families who want to share their vacations, but with a certain independence and privacy, with children of different ages, etc. Both floors enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the sea, both from the terraces and from the living rooms and bedrooms.
