The bedrooms are divided into a single bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and the master bedroom facing the Paseo de Begoña, which has a small terrace and a large wardrobe. This room is very spacious and it is possible to place a cot at no extra cost.
The house has all the relevant permits from the Gijón City Council and the license as a house for Tourist Use number VUT-606-AS.
